Análisis del discurso de los padres de familia en torno al maltrato a la niñez
Abstract
The figures of child abuse are alarming and increase every day. According to the Complaint System of the Cantonal Board for the Protection of Rights of Guayaquil, of the total complaints received for violation of rights, the majority refer to child abuse; of these cases, 9 out of 10, come from dad, mom and / or close relatives. This reality poses to the State, society and the family, challenges and questions that are difficult to answer, and that merit the revision of concepts, regulations and approaches in which the various public policies are supported. In this context, this paper intends to understand the social representations of the actors that are directly responsible for the care. The discourse that they have against abuse is analyzed, paying special attention to the influence of the information transmitted through educommunication campaigns promoted in recent years by the local government of Guayaquil.
